Les garçons-fille ont besoin de très peu de protéines. Les grains les fruits les noix  ces aliments mangés par 5 par jour donnent en notre sang ~ 5 mg de chacun des 8 acides aminés essentiels dont notre corps ne fabrique pas, amplement pour les fonctions du corps

Trop de protéines trop d’acides aminés effritent déforment le corps , cela stimule une augmentation de la testostérone en le corps des garçons
